[ FAQ ]
Common Questions.
How does the zero-upfront-cost model actually work?
For select partnerships, we cover the full cost of development and deployment. You pay nothing to get started. In return, you commit to a monthly maintenance and support retainer once the system is live. This aligns our incentives — we only succeed if the system we build genuinely works for you.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. A focused landing page or small integration can be done in 1–2 weeks. A full backend system or immersive web application typically takes 6–14 weeks from kickoff to deployment. We give honest timelines during scoping and flag risks early.
Do you work with early-stage startups or only established businesses?
Both. We enjoy working with early-stage founders who have a clear problem and need technical execution. We also partner with established businesses that want to modernise legacy systems or add new digital capabilities. The common thread is a real problem worth solving.
What happens after the project is delivered?
We don't disappear after delivery. All projects include full documentation and a handover process. For ongoing clients, we offer retainer and maintenance arrangements. We've found that the best outcomes come from long-term technical partnerships — not one-off deliveries.
Can you work with our existing codebase?
Yes. We frequently onboard into existing systems — auditing the codebase, understanding the architecture, and then contributing in a way that improves rather than disrupts what's already there. If there are serious structural issues, we'll tell you plainly and propose a path forward.
What technologies do you use?
Our core stack is Python/Django for backends, React/Next.js for frontends, and PostgreSQL for data. For immersive web we use Three.js and WebGL. For infrastructure, we favour AWS and GCP with Docker and GitHub Actions. We choose tools based on the problem, not preference.
